Payment can be made in cash, by cheque (payable to Trebon Photographic Designs) debit/credit card (3% admin fee applies), & BACS.
As we get booked up quickly during peak times, we usually require 2-4 weeks before your required shoot date. Cancellations & Rescheduling will require at least 72hrs notice. Deposits are non refundable. Full payment or a £20 refundable deposit may be required to reschedule. £20 refundable deposit required for promotional offers, no-shows or late cancellation results in forfeiture.
Not everyone feels comfortable having their pictures taken, after all it's not a natural process. That's why we endeavor to keep you relaxed at all times throughout your session. We assist with your poses and always give you feedback on how well you're doing. The sessions always involve conversations and laughter, so you're bound to be relaxed and having fun in no time.
Yes, if included in your package. Every picture supplied will get our unique 3 steps air-brushing and retouching technique. This has been designed to make you look flawless whilst still keeping you looking natural.
We're open only by appointments Mon-Fri 11am- 6pm and Sat-Sun 10am-5pm. We are located right in Leicester city centre with plenty of parking. Full address with map can be found here
Throughout the duration of your session, you will be the only client present in our studio. Also present will be our photographer (and stylist). We want you to feel relaxed, not intimated, or distracted, as such we do not have spectators present. It's our job to ensure you truly enjoy your experience with us.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we don't have a lift to our first floor studio.
Full worldwide copyright to images remains property of the studio and we reserve rights to use these images undertaken for our website/ business promotions & marketing. Permission is requested from clients for Boudoir shoots (unless booked through external deal sites such as Groupon or Wowcher etc).
Each session includes a private viewing session, where you'll have the opportunity to view your pictures, choose which ones you want retouched/air-brushed and also purchase any extras should you wish to.
Yes, during your private viewing session, you may buy extra pictures which are sold in packages and prices vary according to your requirements.
From traditional wooden frames to contemporary acrylic displays; your choice of products are very varied, catering to all tastes. We've got a number of samples displayed in our studio to show you what you may have.
Ideally between 1-5 weeks depending on products chosen (unless otherwise stated).
Generally no, but we do work with great stylists who can provide these if needed, at extra cost. We do however have props and themed sets that can be used throughout your session.
Before your session starts, your make up artist will discuss the looks you have in mind and will advise other suitable looks for you. After all, it's your make over session, and we want you to love your new look.
We've got over 1200sq/ft of studio space and can photograph up to 50 people in one sitting. You will need to inform us of this during your booking.
